Rising Above Therapy

I’m Amanda. I am a pre-licensed professional who is committed to helping teens and adults rise above challenges and adversity. My work is trauma-focused and is oriented in psychodynamic and humanistic techniques. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I am a graduate from the Saint Michael's College Clinical Psychology master's program and I am currently under the supervision of Amy Dingman-Parini, Licensed Psychologist- MA.   If you’re interested in scheduling with me, please feel free to reach out via phone, text, or email. My current business hours are: Mondays 11:45am - 6:15pm; Tuesdays 11:45am - 6:30pm; Wednesdays 9:00am - 6:15pm; and Thursdays 9:00am - 12:30pm. I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients for a short treatment episode, lasting about 2.5 months. I will be on leave from approximately early December 2024 to March 2025.
